Shipping Time
Most items will ship out within a day of ordering. However, some orders may take 24-48 hours to process. Your order will be shipped via standard shipping. Once shipped, items are generally delivered within 7 business days, depending on your location. For expedited shipping (UPS Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, or 3 Day Select), please contact us at info@winterwaterfactory.com. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. A tracking number will be emailed to you when your order ships, which will allow you to check on the delivery status of your order.
International orders are generally received within 6-10 business days from the ship date. These orders cannot be shipped via an expedited shipping method, such as Next Day Air or 2nd Day Air.
Please note that we cannot ship orders to P.O. Boxes.

Shipping Preferences

Shipping Carrier
Winter Water Factory ships most orders via USPS Priority Mail. If you have a larger order, we will ship your items via UPS.
