Sign up and select your first design by the last day of the month to be included in the next month’s shipment.

CHOOSE YOUR DESIGN
On the 20th of each month, we’ll email you a preview of next month’s tee options. You’ll have until the last day if the month to make your pick.

When will I be charged?
Your first payment happens when you sign up. You’ll be billed again monthly on that same date
When will I receive my first tee?
If you subscribe before the end of the month, you’ll receive your first tee the following month. (Example: Sign up August 15, receive September’s tee mid-September.)
What if I forget to choose a design?
No worries—we’ll send you one of the designs in your selected size. It’ll still be cute. Promise.
Can I return or exchange my subscription tee?
Because each tee is printed-to-order just for you, we’re unable to offer returns, exchanges, or refunds on subscription orders. Please double-check sizing before you subscribe, and if your child grows, you can email us at contact@winterwaterfactory.com to update your size.
Can I change my child’s size?
Yes! We know kids grow fast. If you need to update your size for future shipments, just email us at contact@winterwaterfactory.com and we’ll update your subscription.
Can I skip a month?
The Graphic Tee Club is designed as an ongoing subscription, but you can always pause or cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date if you need a break.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel anytime. Just be sure to cancel before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the next month’s tee. Refunds will not be issued for subscriptions cancelled after your billing date.
Do discount codes or Acorns apply to the subscription?
Discount codes and loyalty points (Acorns) do not apply to Graphic Tee Club subscriptions. Subscription orders are excluded from promotional discounts.
Is shipping included?
Yes! U.S. Shipping is always free on your monthly tee.
Can I have multiple subscriptions?
Sure! If you have multiple kids who want a fun, playful graphic tee delivered each month, please make sure to purchase an individual subscription plan for each child.
