RETURNS

Merchandise purchased online from Winter Water Factory may be returned for a refund or Winter Water Factory store credit, minus original shipping fees.

All refunds will be credited to the original form of payment, and processed within 3 to 5 days of receipt.

EXCHANGES

To make an exchange, the easiest way is for you to follow the steps for a return - we will refund your original form of payment once we receive it - and place another order on our website for the items you’d like in exchange.

Merchandise eligible for an exchange must be in original condition.

SALE ITEMS

Items that were deeply discounted, or sale items that you bought with an additional discount during a sale are final sale, and we do not accept returns or exchanges on those items. They are labeled as “final sale” on our site and in your shopping cart.
